Meet Hillcrest Smoke and Mirrors, FMX (OFA Excellent, CERF normal, CEA clear by parentage), - a/k/a Banshee or The Mouth. She's a pistol with a voice to match! Fast as lightening, always up for a game, and forever thinking of new variations on anything asked of her. One of her favorite games is to chase me down, stop in front of me and bark. If I say anything to her, she will tackle me for a game of wrestling. Lately she's taken to leaping straight up in the air and trying to nip at my nose! It's a little disconcerting I must say. While she likes playing with the other dogs, she will desert them in a minute if I ask her to come play with me. Banshee loves spending time outside and confounds Chris by ripping up his dripper system when the water is on (sorry honey!). She runs consistently in the 3.8 range at flyball and loves to talk smak to her competition. She will go all day unless I make her stop. She truly is a working machine.

Imported Corrie, FM (OFA Good, CEA normal, CERF clear), Mr. Handsome and Snuggle Boy. He joined the household in June of 2009. As you can see, he's already bonded with Garrett and took to flyball like a duck to water! Corrie loves to snuggle and will do drive-by snuggling if he can get by with it. No lap is safe from him. He and Garrett play chuck-it nearly every day. At the 2009 Cynosports, Corrie led the Heat Wave Smokin' team into the Championship race at Cynosports. We are very proud of him. Corrie has an excellent temperament and quiet, yet masterful aura. He has taken over the alpha role in the house with very little noise from the other dogs. Interesting...

Tempest I See Spots, FDX a/k/a Cruella. She is a BorderStaffy born in June of 2010. She has a wonderful mellow, sweet personality but is always up for a game. Once introduced to flyball, the high drive side of her came out. She will play as long as we will let her play. In true BS fashion, any handler working her will end up with multiple bruises and bite marks from her enthusiastic and ever snapping mouth! At the moment, even Banshee can't shake her in a hard race. In her first flyball tournament, Crue had to step in when the start dog had issues. She ran nearly every race and posted some 3.9s at the end of the day on Sunday. We are very, very excited about this girl.
